1. How COD works

With cash on delivery, the buyer pays the Pošta Srbije courier in cash or by card at the moment of collection. The courier collects the total amount comprising the goods value, postage (if not free) and the Pošta Srbije bank fee for transferring the collection amount to the seller's account. Vondi as a marketplace intermediary does not receive the collection amount into its own account — it goes directly to the seller via Pošta Srbije.

3. Pošta Srbije bank fee

Fee amount

1% of the collection amount (goods value + postage charged to the buyer), minimum 50.00 RSD.

Example: goods 3,200 RSD + postage 0 RSD → fee = max(3,200 × 1%, 50) = 50.00 RSD. Goods 8,000 RSD → fee = 80.00 RSD.

The fee is paid by the buyer to the courier together with the collection amount. Vondi does not retain this fee — it belongs entirely to Pošta Srbije as a charge for transferring the collection amount to the seller's account.

The bank fee is NOT included in the fiscal receipt issued by the seller to the buyer, as it is not the seller's goods or service. The fiscal receipt covers only the goods value.

4. Legal basis

The obligation to inform the buyer of all costs before concluding a contract is prescribed by the Consumer Protection Act (ZZP), Arts. 12 and 26. Vondi is required to display the Pošta bank fee on the checkout page before final confirmation, which it does.

5. Alternative payment methods without a fee

If you wish to avoid the bank fee, choose prepayment: IPS QR (instant, no fee) or payment by card via the AllSecure system. Both options are available on the Vondi platform.
