Delivery

Vondi partners with Pošta Srbije (Post Express) for deliveries across Serbia. All orders are processed on business days, and the delivery time depends on the recipient's location and the type of service.

Courier Delivery

  • Coverage: door-to-door delivery across the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia.
  • Delivery time: the Post delivery time is shown in the price table below and counts from the day the seller hands the parcel to the Post.
  • Delivery cost: depends on the parcel weight (table below); the exact amount for your cart is shown at checkout, before payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): you pay the courier in cash on receipt, if the seller accepts this payment method. The Post also charges a bank fee (the amount is given below the table).

  • Maximum parcel weight: 20 kg.
  • Parcel value up to 15,000 RSD is included in the price; above that, 1% of the difference is charged, for parcels worth up to 100,000 RSD.
  • With cash on delivery the Post charges a bank fee of 1% of the amount you pay the courier, at least 50 RSD.

  • Maximum parcel weight: 50 kg.
  • For each kilogram over 20 kg: 60 RSD.
  • 1% of the parcel value is charged, at least 65 RSD, for parcels worth up to 100,000 RSD.
  • With cash on delivery the Post charges a bank fee of 1% of the amount you pay the courier, at least 50 RSD.

Shipment Tracking

Once the seller dispatches the package, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment:

  • Through your Vondi account (My Orders → Tracking)
  • On the Pošta Srbije website: posta.rs

Order Processing Times

The seller is required to dispatch the order within the time stated in the listing description. The standard dispatch time is 1 to 2 business days from payment (for prepaid orders) or from order confirmation (for COD orders).
