Delivery

Vondi partners with Pošta Srbije (Post Express) for deliveries across Serbia. All orders are processed on business days, and the delivery time depends on the recipient's location and the type of service.

Courier Delivery

• Coverage: door-to-door delivery across the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia.
• Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation. For remote locations the deadline may be longer.
• Delivery cost: calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): you can pay the courier in cash or by card upon receipt.

Parcel Locker Pickup

In some cities, pickup is available at Post Express parcel lockers and collection points. You can select this option at checkout if it is available for your location.

Shipment Tracking

Once the seller dispatches the package, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment:

• Through your Vondi account (My Orders → Tracking)
• On the Pošta Srbije website: posta.rs

Order Processing Times

The seller is required to dispatch the order within the time stated in the listing description. The standard dispatch time is 1 to 2 business days from payment (for prepaid orders) or from order confirmation (for COD orders).
