Platform Rules

By using the Vondi platform you accept these rules. Please read them carefully. These rules supplement the Terms of Use and apply to all users of the platform.

1. Rules for Buyers

  • Use the platform exclusively for legitimate purchases. It is prohibited to abuse the complaint system or to make false reports about transactions.
  • Reviews must be honest and based on personal experience with the specific product or seller. Writing false, paid-for or offensive reviews is prohibited.
  • Communication with sellers must be polite and constructive. Insults, threats and harassment are prohibited.
  • Attempting to bypass the platform and arranging purchases outside the Vondi system in order to avoid paying commission is prohibited.

2. Rules for Sellers

  • Product descriptions must be accurate, complete and unambiguous. Images must show the actual product being sold.
  • The seller is required to dispatch the order within the period stated in the listing. Delay without notifying the buyer constitutes a breach of the rules.
  • The price stated in the listing must be final and inclusive of VAT. Adding hidden costs after the fact is prohibited.
  • The seller is responsible for the lawfulness of the sale and the compliance of the product with Serbian legislation (Consumer Protection Act, Technical Requirements Act, sanitary regulations, etc.).
  • The same individual or company is prohibited from registering multiple accounts in order to circumvent the platform rules.

3. Prohibited Products and Content

The advertising and sale of the following is prohibited on the Vondi platform:

  • Firearms, ammunition and military equipment
  • Narcotics, psychotropic substances and precursors
  • Counterfeit goods and pirated copies
  • Hazardous materials (explosives, radioactive substances)
  • Medicines and medical devices without the appropriate authorisation
  • Live animals without documentation and permits
  • Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Any product or service whose sale is prohibited by law in the Republic of Serbia

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vondi platform (logo, design, software) is protected by copyright. Users may not copy, distribute or use platform content without the written permission of VONDI GLOBAL D.O.O. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at: info@mail.vondi.rs.

5. Liability of the Parties

Vondi is a platform that acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. Vondi is not a seller of goods and assumes no responsibility for the quality, description or lawfulness of products offered by third-party sellers. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of descriptions, quality and timely delivery.

6. Sanctions for Breach of Rules

  • Warning — for minor breaches, with a request for compliance.
  • Temporary account suspension — for repeated breaches or more serious violations.
  • Permanent account ban — for serious breaches (fraud, sale of prohibited goods, large-scale fake reviews).

The user has the right to appeal within 14 days of the sanction being applied.
