Who we are

Vondi is a marketplace based in Serbia. VONDI GLOBAL D.O.O. BEOGRAD was registered in Belgrade on 6 November 2025 and operates under Serbian law. Both companies and private individuals sell on the platform, and buying, payment, delivery and the fiscal receipt all run through one place.

What actually stands behind a purchase

• A fiscal receipt. Every purchase is issued a fiscal receipt — not an order confirmation, but a receipt with legal standing.
• A hold on card payments. The amount is held for a set number of days from the moment of payment and does not go to the seller during that time; the exact period is shown in your order. Cash on delivery and IPS QR have no hold — cash is collected by the courier, and IPS is settled instantly.
• Card payments run through AllSecure with 3-D Secure, and IPS QR through PaySpot under the National Bank of Serbia standard. Vondi does not store your card data.
• Delivery through Pošta Srbije (Post Express) and DExpress, with self-collection available.
• Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act: 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (Art. 29 para. 1) and a 2-year conformity period for new goods (Art. 59 para. 1), when buying from a trader (company or sole proprietor).
