Fees and Subscription Plans

The Vondi platform is open to all sellers — legal entities, entrepreneurs and individuals. This page describes the costs associated with selling on the Vondi platform.

Registration

Registering a seller account on the Vondi platform is free of charge. There is no account opening fee or monthly subscription for the basic package.

Subscription Plans

Choose a plan that fits your needs. All plans include free registration and support.

Billing and Payouts

• Sales are calculated monthly, for the previous calendar month.
• Payment is made to the seller's business bank account within 5 business days of the billing statement being issued.
• Vondi retains the commission from the gross sale amount (including VAT), and the net amount is paid to the seller's account.

Additional Services

In addition to the basic package, sellers have access to optional services:

• Listing promotion (paid prominence in search results and on the home page)
• Premium position in a category
• Analytical reports on sales and customer behaviour

Prices for additional services are available in the seller panel or on request.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are not part of the Vondi platform commission. The arrangement regarding delivery charges (whether included in the price or charged separately) is at the seller's discretion, within the legally permitted options.
