Find the product you want using search or by browsing categories. Click on the listing, select options (size, colour, quantity) and add it to your cart. Then go to your cart, enter your delivery address, choose a payment method and confirm your order.

On the Vondi platform you can pay:

• Cash on delivery (COD) — pay in cash or by card to the courier on receipt — the most popular payment method
• Online by payment card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, DinaCard) — security guaranteed by AllSecure Exchange (PCI DSS Level 1) and 3D Secure protocol
• IPS QR code (instant payment via mobile banking)

Yes. Card payments are processed by AllSecure Exchange d.o.o., which holds a PCI DSS Level 1 certificate — the highest security standard for processing payment cards. All data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection. Vondi never stores the full details of your card.

Standard delivery via Post Express (Pošta Srbije) takes 1 to 3 business days from the moment the seller dispatches the package. For more remote locations the timeframe may be longer. The seller is required to send the package within the period stated in the listing.

The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package. For orders above a certain amount delivery may be free — the condition is shown at checkout.

Once the package has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment in the "My Orders" section of the Vondi platform or directly on the Pošta Srbije website (posta.rs).

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 dana of receipt without giving any reason (applicable to online purchases under the Consumer Protection Act). Contact the seller through the platform and arrange the return. podrska@mail.vondi.rs.

Once the seller confirms the return, the money is refunded within 8 to 14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank. For card payments the timeframe depends on the payment institution. Cash on delivery payments — the refund is made by bank transfer to your account.

Click the "Register" button in the top right corner. Enter your name, email address and password. Confirm your account by clicking the link in the email you receive. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.

On the login page click "Forgot your password?". Enter the email address you registered with and we will send you a link to reset your password.

Register as a user, then in your account settings select "Open a shop". Fill in your company details or register as an individual, add your products and start selling. Registration is free. For details on fees see: Seller Fees.
