For craftspeople without a company
Sell your handmade items through Vondi, without registering a company
You make things by hand, but you don't have a company. You don't need to register anything. The item stays with you, and we sell it. We deduct tax and contributions from your share and pay them to the state on your behalf. Once it sells, you ship it to the buyer.
How it works
- You send us photos of the finished item, a description and your price. The item itself stays with you.
- We sell it in our own name on vondi.rs and issue the buyer a fiscal receipt.
- From the amount you're owed after our commission, we deduct tax and contributions, pay them to the state and file the tax return for that income.
- Once a month, by the 15th, for the previous month, you get a statement and we transfer the rest to your current account.
- The item stays yours until it sells. You can withdraw it from sale at any time, unless it has already been ordered.
What we accept
We accept
- Decorative ceramics and glass that don't come into contact with food
- Paintings, prints, sculptures
- Knitted, sewn, woven items and adult clothing, with material composition
- Wood, leather, wicker and straw items
- Candles
- Jewellery made of base metals
Only with documents
- Tableware for food and drink: needs a lab analysis
- Lamps and anything electric: needs a conformity mark
- Soaps and cosmetics: needs a responsible person and a safety assessment
We don't accept
- Toys and items for children under 14
- Items made of precious metals
- Food and drink, rakija and any alcohol
- Items made of protected species, weapons
- Made-to-order production for a specific buyer
What we'll need from you
- 1ID card and JMBG (personal number); for a foreigner with an approved stay: the foreigner's ID card and EBS (registration number). We don't ask for a copy of the ID card.
- 2A current account with any bank in Serbia, in your name.
- 3Account check: from that account, transfer a token amount using our IPS QR code, with the verification code from your account. We refund the amount with the first payout.
- 4Photos of each item: the whole item, details, your signature.
